Birth Doula Package -

$1000

This Package Includes:

  • 2 Prenatal Visits (more if needed) *

  • Continuity of Care! After making a connection with you prior to birth it helps to facilitate a strong connection and a deeper understanding about what you want from your birth experience.

  • Unlimited Phone, Text, and E-mail Support

  • 24 hour On-call availability from 38 weeks until birth(special arrangement possible for twins, or high risk pregnancies)

  • Continuous Birth Support

  • Ongoing support as needed and extensive referral services

*Due to COVID-19 and for safety of mama and baby, virtual services will be offered instead of in-person visits.

  

Childbirth Education Course

$75 - 2 hour session

  • Signs of labor

  • Review phases of Labor

  • Discuss techniques for natural pain management

  • Understanding medical intervention

  • Planning your recovery

Postpartum Doula Package -

$25 - $35/hr

A doula’s support can drastically reduce the chances of Postpartum Depression.

This Package Includes:

  • Free consultation at your home to assess needs and care

  • Care provided in either 3 or 6 hour time blocks.

  • Day or overnight service, or a combination of both

  • Caring for birthing person as they recover from vaginal birth or cesarean birth

  • Feeding, changing, soothing, bathing and all aspects of newborn care

  • Light breastfeeding support

  • Light house-care duties

  • Running errands

  • Helping with older siblings

  • Emotional support by helping process the birth experience

  • Provide your with resources to professional experts with breastfeeding, massage therapy, sleep coaching and more!

Breastfeeding Counselor Sessions

$15/hr
